Guests are cozy in the Two 12x12 Bedrooms with queen beds plus a futon in the great room, a large guest bath, washer/dryer & shared kitchen/great room. 4 kayaks, 1 canoe, Go Boat Rentals, a dock for up to 25ft boat, a water slide, covered parking, an elevator & a spa on the huge porch. 1/2 block from the Upper Deck Cafe. 15 Minutes to the Gulf & 1000 yds from the main river. The space As native hosts we share local knowledge about the area that gets you off the beaten path to the real Florida. The Bedrooms are spacious with new bamboo mattresses' and luxurious sheets. The L shaped kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops provides lots of space and seating for your culinary needs. Catch your fish and eat it too! The Comfortable Great Room with vaulted ceiling, triple arch windows, wood fireplace and 58" ROKU TV is there to wind down in after a fabulous day outdoors! Or relax on the 425 sqft elevated porch or in the 3 person spa to watch the Sunset or Sunrise! There are 4 kayaks and a 2 person canoe included as well as fishing or sightseeing boat trips available. No Pets or children under 10. Please note this is a Rooms listing not a whole house. Guest access There is an entrance you can access through the stairs or use of the elevator/lift. We supply a coffee pot, Keurig and cookware for you. A large 2nd story porch for you to relax in our sitting areas, enjoy the spectacular view or to calm your muscles in the spa with multiple jets! We have a fire pit outside by the water if you wish to sit by the fire and a wood-burning fireplace in the guest great room. There is a Water Slide to enjoy while swimming in the clear, deep canal. and 1000 SQ feet of covered area under the house to stay dry and barbeque . Waiver required and No children under 10 without prior authorization. During your stay Guests have , 2 Bedrooms with queen sized beds, a large private bath and the shared living room/ kitchen with 58 inch ROKU Television hooked up to Digital TV and WiFi . On line access provided as well. We are sometimes there in our master suite, but do our own share of getting out and about so you will have plenty of privacy. We share lot's of local knowledge, fishing and kayaking secrets and fabulous restaurant choices. Boat tours and fishing trips available. Other things to note Lots of covered parking available as well as space for boat or jet ski trailers. The boat ramp is one block away. Floating dock for up to a 25 ft boat. (inquire about bridge clearance to the Gulf). GoBoat daily rentals available Boating, Fishing and Sunset Excursions are available as well.
