Please send the documentation when confirming the reservation. The space Monte Canela Hospedería offers three separate lodging options, each with its own listing on Airbnb. You can book the Volkswagen Retro Camping in Volkswagen, the Mini container house or the Mountain Refuge, according to your preferences. Each space has its own charm and unique amenities for a personalized experience. It is essential to respect the privacy and individuality of each space upon arrival, avoiding invading other designated areas. This ensures a comfortable and respectful experience for guests. Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive access to the Mountain Refuge, the pool, and a private viewpoint in the surrounding area. These spaces will be exclusively for you and the other guests accompanying you. You can enjoy these services and common areas without worrying about sharing them with others during your time here. Guests will not have access to an outdoor machine room containing the pool motors, or to the supply cabinet located in the main room. Other things to note ⚡️In the event of a power outage, I'll keep you posted and provide flashlights. If the outage is prolonged, you may receive a partial refund. Your safety and comfort are my priority; contact me for any additional help. This space is designed to accommodate up to four people. However, if a reservation is made for 2 people, they will be given access only to the master bedroom. The second room will not be available in that case. If the booking is for four people, be sure to add them as additional guests in your booking. That way, you'll have access to both the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Access to the second room is only via a staircase. ⚠️The stairs leading to the second room are high, somewhat uncomfortable, and could be challenging for some people. Please keep this in mind when planning access to the second room. 🙏🏽Please be very careful with children, especially due to the stairs leading to the second bedroom, as they could pose a safety risk. Always 👀keep an eye on children in the pool and never leave them unattended.
