Special Studio on Ranchette- Amazing Location!

This charming studio is the top floor of our guest house on 2 acres in beautiful Basalt. It is a unique, quiet setting - perfect for someone looking for a calm, peaceful getaway. Lots of natural light - so the sun streams in early in the morning. Great for guests who like to get up early and enjoy the day! Our home is just steps away and you'll often see us playing soccer with the kids or outside doing yard work. A year-round tenant lives below the space and is very quiet and respectful. The space Take a flight of stairs up to the studio space. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven. The bathroom has a tub and shower. It is located an old farm, so there will be dust accompanied by the sounds of cows and chickens nearby. The property has a lot of character, and has a pristine setting. However, it is not a perfect, luxurious 5-star hotel room. Windows open at night and a fan are the "cooling system" and there is a lot of nature all around! The unit does not have Wifi, but the cell service is very strong and you can use your phone as a HOT SPOT.
