Nice linens and newer mattresses, hard or soft pillows, fireplace and seating in main level bedroom. Nice back patio off main bedroom with hot tub, fire pit, and grill. Large smart tvs in both sleeping areas. Newer furniture and flooring throughout. Fully fenced area (approximately 4 ft tall only), dog bowls and towel for paws provided. Dogs are not allowed on furniture, in bed, or carpeted areas protected by pet/child gate or door. Guest access Guests will have access via an electronic lock to all spaces except the garage. Detached garage is private with a camera for security. Other things to note Lock your vehicle at all times and do not leave food inside vehicle or anywhere outside due to wildlife in the area.
