Located less than a mile from the stunning shores of Lake George in the heart of Bolton Landing, this 4 bed, 3 bath pet friendly home is a hidden gem. Catch up over morning coffee surrounded by nature on the oversized terrace, grill a feast for loved ones on the barbecue patio, or play foosball, air hockey & board games into the wee hours of the night in the game room basement. The space Secluded and surrounded by nature, Trout Landing is a hidden gem that allows you to escape from it all with family and friends, while still being located in the heart of Bolton Landing. The house is comprised of three floors: The game room basement offers a living area with a couch, love seat, 42'' flat screen tv with firestick, card table with 4 chairs, Foosball table, air hockey, record player with a variety of records, desk/ workspace, and a full bathroom with shower stall. Plush lake towels are also provided. There is a washer/dryer for guest use in the unfinished section of the basement. Outside on the ground floor, there is a large patio with a long outdoor dining table for your group and a BBQ grill. The main floor has a large kitchen with a long marble dining table and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, stove, oven, and fridge. Nespresso and Keurig machines, a kettle, and a microwave are all also available. There are plenty of plates, bowls, serving-ware, mugs, espresso cups, wine glasses, champagne flutes, glasses, pots, pans and more. Two sliding screen doors lead out to the oversized terrace, perfect for family and friends to relax. There’s an outdoor couch that seats 9 guests, 2 sun loungers, and 2 outdoor arm chairs. The well-appointed living room has a 55” flat screen smart tv on a swivel mount, a leather couch and 2 armchairs all surrounding the cozy Adirondack stone fireplace. On this level, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub/ shower, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a desk / workspace, and a bedroom with 1 queen bed. Finally, the top floor of the home offers a full bathroom with a shower stall, a bedroom with 2 full beds, 1 twin bed and a desk / workspace, and the primary bedroom suite with 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, a vintage seating area, and a private terrace with 2 Adirondack chairs.
