City limit cottage is the perfect home away from home for people looking for monthly stays in St. Augustine! We're centrally located, only 1.2 miles to the historic downtown and 8 miles to the beach. We’re so close to all the action, but located on a quiet and peaceful residential street. The house is brand new construction with high ceilings, lots of natural light, large windows, modern fixtures and brand new furnishings. We provide everything you'll need for a comfortable extended stay. The space City limit cottage is a gorgeous brand new 1200 sq foot home! Here is what we love about the space: - The ceilings are high throughout the house and the living room features oversized windows that allow lots of natural light. -The master bedroom features a brand new medium 12 inch memory foam mattress, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk in shower. -The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, also with 12 inch memory foam mattresses. -Both bedrooms have large closets with ample space for storage. -All furnishings in the house are brand new, modern, and comfortable. -The kitchen is pristine, well stocked, and also has lots of natural light with a large horizontal window instead of tile backsplash. -The space is open, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The only spaces that are shared, are the the driveway, and the backyard if you should choose to use it. There is a small, detached studio behind the house. Guests staying in the studio are allowed one space in the driveway. You may see them coming or going, but because the home and studio are both brand new construction and airtight, you should not hear them.
