When you get hungry or thirsty and want to take a break from the sun and sand, simply head to the beachfront Lost Key Beach Club restaurant, which offers a variety of food and drink options. Quench your thirst at the Lost Key Beach Club Bar, serving local craft beer on tap, popular beers, cocktails, and tropical drinks. Lost Key’s Private Beach Club is a major attraction for vacationers. Situated on the Gulf, it provides stunning views of the water. The Lost Key Golf Club features an 18-hole golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, rated as one of the best in Florida. Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note Policies: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. NO Smoking in home or on balcony. 3. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 4. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of all Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 5. Guest are required to have the amenity card at all times. 6. Street parking is prohibited as per the HOA rules. 7. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. DOG RULES: 1. Dog fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided by Airbnb when booking. 2. Any applicable dog fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER check-in. Let us know if you want to pay for your dog fee through a direct CC charge or directly through Airbnb. 3.Two Dogs, no weight or size limit (non-refundable $150 per dog fee applies; pre-registration is required). 4. Pre-registration is required via signed Dog Addendum which is emailed at the time of booking. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
