This is our second guest room. Our recently remodeled, west side home is comfortable, and super CLEAN. Only 2 miles from Downtown Traverse City and all of it's city beaches, shops, markets and events, we're easily accessible by car or paved bike path. Half a mile from the Historic Grand Traverse Commons Village, 9 miles from Interlochen Center for the Arts and 20 miles from the Sleeping Bear National Park Lakeshore. ALL ARE WELCOME HERE! IF YOU NEED 2 rooms check our other listing The Perch #1 The space Our driveway is steep, but you can pull right up. At the garden level it gets good light most of the afternoon and early evening. Light blocking shades and big, cozy bed with yummy bedding ensure a good sleep. It is a large room with some hanging space in the closet, and the bathroom and entryway, shared only with other guests, if there are any, is steps away. We ask for you to stay on the lower level, with a 1.5 bath. Coffee/Tea machine, mini fridge are accessible. We will have any toilet items you may have forgotten accessible, as well as your towels, fresh, clean linens, and even some beach necessities! Unfortunately, the TV in the family room is not for guest use. You will be so busy having fun in TC, you won't miss TV at all! The family room is pictured to show your entrance and access to your room and bathroom. IF YOU NEED 2 ROOMS, CHECK TO SEE IF OUR OTHER ROOM IS AVAILABLE: THE PERCH #1! Guest access You will have parking in front of the door, entryway, access to the family room (not the tv, sorry), a welcome center with ammenities you may have forgotten, refrigerator, coffee maker, and the 1.5 bathroom ALL only shared with other guests if there are any. During your stay We love people, and are very connected to our community. We can advise you on all of the "MUST DOs" and "maybe don't bothers". We will give you all the privacy and space you want, but will be here for you if you need us, we are very responsive to text. We are pretty busy socially and professionally, so we are in and out. Other things to note ***To be clear, we provide coffee and tea, not a proper breakfast.**** ***TV is not available to guests*** ***Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. Thank you for observing this. This is not a curfew or an expectation that you are silent during these hours, only a request that you be respectful of others who may be sleeping in the house at that time.*** We have 2 rooms available.
