Other things to note It is a common occurrence for the number of guests you expect to fluctuate. Pricing is set to help accommodate smaller numbers of guests and we ask that each additional guest over the number of 7 pay an additional $25 per night. You must inform us of the number of guests and keep us updated when there are changes. This is a pet friendly property. However, we incur additional cleaning costs as extra cleaning measures are taken. Pets MUST be declared no matter how small. A fee of $90 for up to two pets will be assessed. This fee helps us keep this property pet friendly! Events cannot be accommodated. No smoking.
