The apartment is comfortable and on two floors. It is located in the heart of the historic center, which can be visited on foot from the apartment. I like to make guests feel at home, and provide all the information. The accommodation is entirely available for guests' use. I will always be available for any need or advice. We are an authorized facility, the QR code is in the photo. The space The apartment is located in the medieval "Palazzo dei Fabii", built in 1432 on the remains of a Roman market. The building has recently been completely renovated, as well as the apartment. It is equipped with Free WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioner, kettle, classic oven and microwave, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Guest access The apartment where you will stay is completely autonomous, and will be at your complete disposal Other things to note For stays of 7 nights or more, a free change of linen is provided. Guest access The entire apartment is fully at the disposal of guests. Other things to note It is also important that my guests: 1) respect QUIET HOURS: FROM 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., especially if you come back late at night; it is of course possible to use the TV, just being careful to avoid too high a volume; and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., according to the Law; 2) always turn off the air conditioners when you leave the house to limit consumption and safeguard the environment; the temperature reaches the desired level again 5 minutes after turning it on! 3) respect the CHECK-IN time, from 2:00 p.m. onwards; if you arrive very late, it is good that you notify me in time with a phone call or message; 4) respect the CHECK-OUT time, by 10 a.m., to allow the cleaning of the accommodation; 5) pay attention to the objects and tools (TV, hairdryer, etc.) contained in the accommodation; 6) respect the silence inside the Condominium; 7) keep the condominium premises clean and free of objects; 8) do not bring animals into the apartment; 9) refrain from smoking in the accommodation; smoking is allowed on the ground floor.
