Private comfortable room with a full bed in a quiet residential neighborhood in South Berkeley. Walking distance to Ashby BART, the University of Berkeley, shops, pubs, and restaurants. The space Your private bedroom is located downstairs next to the living room and kitchen. The room has a lot of sun light and a relaxing feeling. You can close the blinds for a more cozy private feeling. There is open space in the fridge for your personal food items. You are welcome to use our pots and pans, appliances, spices and oils. The blue pan and pot are made of ceramic and easy to break, so please be careful with them. Staples and other foods are personal items. Please always clean up after yourself. The bathroom is next to kitchen. Enjoy the backyard when the weather is nice :). Guest access You have a private room with access to all communal areas in the house, including living room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. The office area and upstairs room are private areas. During your stay We are two friends who love to travel and meet new people. We stay pretty busy, and one of us (Brittany) works from home a few days a week. We will happy to meet you and offer advice or suggestions about the area. At the same time, we will respect your privacy and ask the same from you. Other things to note Self check in anytime. Check out is at 11:00 AM. Please lock the door when you leave and place key under front door mat. This is a no-smoking household, including 420. Please only smoke outside in the front porch and clean up any cigarette buds. This is a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous to us and our neighbors. Please only use the small electric heater in your room and remember to turn off the heat when you leave for the day. Unlimited wifi is available. Off-street parking is available. Communal areas area available to guests. When you check out, please lock the door and leave the keys under the front door mat.
