Cons: You won't want to leave! The space This house has a very interesting and relaxing vibe - open floor plan but sense of separate spaces. Blends Victorian and modern architecture. A full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower. Great for parties, dinners or quiet relaxation. Location is ideal - easy access to DC landmarks while enjoying the small town hospitality of Takoma Park with its farmers markets, restaurants, and intimate bars. The space can accommodate up to 4 people since it has a fold out couch and 1 bedroom with a double bed full size. 5 night minimum stay Guest access Guests have access to the main floor of the house and basement laundry area accessible through exterior basement door. I rent the top floor and the basement room so these spaces are not accessible. Other things to note I have one fish tanks and a frog tank. The frog requires no maintenance. The fish tank has an automatic light timer but will require a morning feeding of a pinch of flakes and a cube of frozen blood worms. Its a beautiful tank that enhances the ambiance of the living room.
