The space This is a very modern and cozy cottage by UNCG within minutes to downtown, coliseum and to the PTI airport Several dining and outdoor activities are within a few miles Guest access 🏡 Guest Access You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the private fenced-in yard — perfect for relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee. 🚫 Basement Access (2+ Nights Only) – Washer & Dryer The washer and dryer are located in the basement, which is not accessible for stays shorter than 2 nights. For stays of 2 nights or more, guests may use the laundry facilities downstairs. 🐶 Pet Policy No pets allowed, except certified service animals in accordance with Airbnb policy. If you plan to bring a pet, you must declare it at the time of booking and pet cleaning fees will apply. Pet Fee Structure: ✅ Dogs under 40 lbs (standard breeds) – $125 per stay. ✅ Larger dogs or high-dander/shedding breeds – $250 per stay (for stays under 7 nights). ✅ Extended stays (7 nights or more) with large dogs – $400 per stay. Approval for larger dogs is given on a case-by-case basis and depends on breed, size, and age. All fees are added to your reservation once approved.
