Two outdoor seating areas—front porch and side yard—make it a charming hangout spot inside + out. With its electric fireplace and kitchen, open-concept design, soothing colors & charming modern boho botanical decor, you'll be feeling relaxed and downright peachy! The space The Peach House offers two outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy with seating, coffee tables, and strings of globe lights. The front yard looks out onto the street and the gated side yard is fully fenced and includes a small storage shed. Enter through the front porch to the window-lined living room, where you'll find a green velvet couch and two pink velvet chairs ready for you to relax on. A large smart TV is ready to connect to all your favorite viewing platforms, and beneath is an electric fireplace to create mood lighting, and if desired, it can really heat the space! Behind the couch is the dining area, a sleek elliptical table with six padded chairs. You'll love the beautiful, organic-shaped plates and bowls we've stocked the kitchen with (service for 12), plus high-quality silverware, glassware, and plastic options for kids and outdoor dining. The kitchen has all-new stainless steel appliances, a Brita filter for better water, toaster oven, Ninja coffeemaker, knife set, glass tupperware, and a full assortment of tools and cookware—including ceramic nonstick, cast iron, oven-safe glass, and stoneware. You'll also find little treats like a stoneware French press, silicone egg-poaching cups, rolling pin, and digital thermometer. The Blue Room offers a dreamy blue sleepscape with a king-sized bed, storage nightstands and bookshelf, and well-stocked closet (including yoga mat). It has two large windows looking out onto a pocket of green and the front porch. The Green Room is a serene green retreat complete with queen-sized bed, large dresser, sunny window, and spacious closet. The Peach Room has soothing peaches and cream vibes accented by pops of black and white. It includes a queen-sized bed, large dresser, extra-large closet, and fun B&W gallery wall. All three bedrooms have plenty of lighting options, ceiling fans, handy USBs for charging, and allergen-protected bedding. All bedroom windows have top-and-bottom-opening shades for custom light filtering and/privacy, plus room-darkening drapes that can be styled multiple ways as desired. Perfect for naps and sleeping in! At the end of the hall, the bathroom and its adjoining linen area have lots to offer guests. We've stocked the house with super-soft towels made of Egyptian cotton grown in Turkey. You'll also find high-quality toiletries for guests to enjoy, including shampoo and conditioner, body wash and lotion, face wash, hand soap and sanitizer, toilet paper, tissues, and cotton swabs & balls. This area comprises a full First Aid Kit, two house umbrellas, extra "work" towels for pets and spills, and a big warm blanket. Back behind the kitchen is the laundry room, which shines with its brilliant Peach Wall. Guests have full access to the washer and dryer and all the goodies: detergent and dryer sheets, dryer balls and garment bag, iron and ironing board, fan and space heater, brooms, mop, vacuum, etc. The laundry room opens out into the side yard. Guest access Guests have access to the entire pictured property, including driveway, mailbox, porch, front and side yards, laundry room, shed, and all closets. Other things to note The kitchen is stocked with olive oil, flour, sugar, oats, honey, coffee, tea, salt and pepper, and some spices/baking powders.
