(Cheap prices and no deposit) The space The apartment has: - Large living room with sofa bed (2 seats), with air conditioning - Fully equipped kitchen - two bright rooms with double beds (135x190), each with air conditioning - Indoor terrace, with table and chairs and lots of greenery - A bathroom with shower Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment in complete privacy. It is a ground floor, the access is direct to the street. You will also have access to our gym facilities, right in the center. (on request and completely free) Other things to note Possibility of leaving luggage before check-in or after check-out. CHECK-IN: from 4:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT: before 11:00 am It is very important to respect the neighbors. No smoking or pets allowed. Refrain from making noise after 10:00 PM.
