"Heights" house and more...RV friendly

Quaint, efficient, beautiful and convenient are several of the features of this East Pensacola Heights home. This has been my primary residence for 20+ years, and it is with my pleasure to offer the entire house. The house is simple and offers many comforts. My favorite part is the peacefulness and beauty of the backyard. Patio with tables, umbrella, two grills (one Green Egg), fire pit, storage building, garden, and an incredible outside shower all under some magnificent magnolia trees. The space My house has two refrigerators, stove/oven, coffee pot, toaster, toaster oven, blender and microwave. Washer/dryer. Three TV’s, with expanded cable, panoramic wifi. Wifi works on the back patio. There are two couches, dining table, kitchen desk/breakfast table, and recliner. The front porch is very private with a wisteria vine wrapping it's way around the porch. There is a rocker swing, and a couple of other chairs for enjoying the scenery. The back patio has a dining table with umbrella, two other accessory tables to use for grilling, etc. There are two grills, one of which is a Green Egg. Please enjoy the fire pit with many chairs to go around, and I keep a good supply of wood to burn. The outside oversized shower is one of my favorites, and I hope you enjoy one of the most refreshing showers ever as I do! You may also want to enjoy the garden with vegetables, herbs and flowers, and taste what is growing! My property is now RV friendly. I have a 30 and 50 amp connection on the side, along with water. For use of this option, a $25/night fee is charged. In the last year or so, the "neighborhood cat" now exclusively hangs at my house and yard. He is very social and friendly and if you do not mind, please feed him or if you can not, my good friend/neighbor Tracy can do this. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, yard, garden, and storage building.
