Request a price change in the chat before requesting a reservation through the app. FOR LONG WEEKENDS: ONLY THE FULL PERIOD! Example: If the holiday is on Friday, book from Thursday to Sunday; If the holiday falls on Monday, book from Friday to Monday; If the holiday is on a Tuesday, book from Friday to Tuesday; If the holiday is Thursday, book Wednesday through Sunday. ONE-NIGHT RESERVATIONS: With the price of one night, you can enter the night before the day you want to enjoy and spend a full day at the farm. (VALID ON WEEKDAYS ONLY) RESERVATIONS FOR 1-DAY EVENT - Prices may vary according to the date, number of people, etc., please consult before booking. SOUND: Because the farm is located in an area where there are neighbors, the hours for the sound to operate are until 10 p.m., and after 10 p.m. the sound may operate, but with the volume low (AMBIENT SOUND). The sound cannot be loud between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Guest access The Farm has an area of 3,200 square meters, with lots of vegetation. Other things to note House rules  1- It is necessary to notify us at least 1 hour in advance of the expected time of arrival and departure so that we can receive you, hand over and collect the keys.  2- Subletting the farm is not allowed. Whoever booked the farmhouse must be a guest. We do not allow rentals to minors without supervision.  3- Respect the maximum number of people stipulated in the lease. If it is identified that the maximum number of people in the contracted package has been exceeded, a daily fine of +30% per extra person will be charged AND/OR the immediate withdrawal of the surplus may be requested.  4- SOUND: Because the farm is located in an area where there are neighbors, the time for the sound to operate is until 10 p.m., and after 10 p.m. the sound may work, but with low volume (SOMAMBIENTE). The sound cannot be loud between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. 5- Do not put the garbage in the street, this is our responsibility, it is up to the guest to accumulate the garbage in a place indicated on the premises. 6- Broken items/damage: a 30% charge will be added to the replacement fee to cover our travel and fees to solve the problems.  7- In case of an unauthorized extended stay, a daily fine of one current minimum wage will be charged.  8- Indoor furniture should not be exposed to the weather outdoors.  9- Furniture and electronics, such as TVs, must not be dragged, stacked or rearranged in any way.  10- It is forbidden to tamper with the pool motor, add liquids or any objects to it, with the exception of buoys suitable for swimming pools. R$ 500 fine + maintenance.  11- It is forbidden to harvest/depredate/alter/damage the orchard.  12- Dishes are not part of the cleaning, as well as the needs of the pets, if you want to leave the dishes or the dirt made by your pet behind, an extra cleaning will be charged. Amount of R$ 150.00.  13- In extreme cases of disrespect for the rules, your withdrawal may be requested.  14- There is no fence or protection around the pool, small children and animals are the responsibility of their legal supervisors.  15- Pets are not allowed in the pool.  16- Lost items can be collected or requested by mail (shipping cost will be charged) within 14 days.  17- No parties or events are allowed, whether with Dj's, bands or musical instruments, without prior notice and authorization.    Note: The values of broken items are calculated according to the replacement of the item of the same level + delivery/transportation/installation labor, taking into account the time required to resolve the issue.   We are available for any questions about the house rules.
