New Luxury Villa in Bayside Resort Fenwick Island

Brand new, 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom twin home, located in the award winning waterfront community, Bayside. Just minutes away from Fenwick Island and Ocean City. The space Beautifully furnished luxury villa has everything you need to have a memorable family vacation. There is an electronic keypad on the front door for easy check-in. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, basic spices, and coffee. Televisions are in every room including the loft. Bedroom Layout: • Main Bedroom (1st floor) - 1 King Bed, Full Bath • 2nd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • 3rd Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed • 4th Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Twin over Full), 1 Twin Bed • Loft - 1 Daybed with Extra Pull Out Trundle Bed & Workspace w/ Printer • Livingroom - 1 Couch Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Access to resort amenities require the purchase of recreational passes; they are available as a 3-day or 7-day pass, and must be purchased for everyone ages 5+ that are planning to use the amenities. The passes are $45/3-day pass and $60/7-day pass. They must be requested and purchased 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, if for some reason you request them after that period, a $5 administrative fee per pass will be required. Again, the passes are optional. Other things to note Starting 10/1/20, linens are NOT included. Should you desire linens, they can be rented for an extra fee.
