My gas grill is new and equipped with all the tools and accessories you'll need for wonderful evening barbecues and dinners. Absence of ambient city light makes the patio great for star gazing or a relaxing evening drink. Nights of the full moon are stunning. There is an active bird community including doves-in-residence, a family of cardinals and the occasional blue jay. Guest access A small room/office will be locked off and used for storage of personal items. Guests have access to all other parts of the apartment. Available June 17 - July 28 for 4 WEEK MINIMUM stay up to 6 weeks(pro-rated). Other things to note I am looking for a long term renter, a couple or individual, for a 4 week minimum stay between June 17th through July 29. I have rented my place during this time over the past three years when I am out of town teaching in a university in another state. It's ideal if you are coming to NYC over the summer for an internship, study, or work. Past renters were a couple trying out different neighborhoods to live in NYC. Another was a Canadian medical student completing her studies right here at a local Brooklyn hospital. Or perhaps you just want to be immersed in everything New York has to offer and have a comfortable, easy home as your base. My preference is for an individual or couple who are interested in renting for as close to the whole period of time as possible.
