Bathroom has large walk-in shower w/ rainfall shower head. Queen bed w/ lux bedding & room darkening curtains. Balcony overlooks the water as does pool/hot tub area. The space All linens & towels provided. Kitchen comes fully stocked w/ pots, pans, cooking utensils & cutlery. Also a Keurig & drip coffee machines. Food not included. The atmosphere at Bella Bonita is laid back, quiet, & relaxing. This is a safe area w/ dedicated parking & security cameras. The condo is a single level unit located on the second floor w/ stair access. No postal service or US mail service available. Comfortable Adirondack chairs are available on the balcony which overlooks the water. Beautiful sunsets are a daily pleasure to watch. There is also a shared pool, hot tub, fish cleaning station & BBQ grills. It's an excellent location 5 minutes from Whitecap Beach & approximately 20 minutes to Port Aransas. Lots of good eats at the local restaurants nearby. Great gift shops & horseback riding. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo plus the pool & hot tub. BBQ & fish cleaning areas are also available. This single level waterfront condo is on the second floor with stair access. Parking available in non-numbered spaces. A dedicated boat slip is available with this condo for boats up to 25’. Other things to note Pets are allowed at owners discretion with approval. Approval must be granted and a picture of your pet is required. Smoke Free environment. Extra pillows & blankets provided. Colorful beach towels are also provided. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. We have a very strict HOA and the resident manager watches the units very carefully. If more than two people occupy this space, our HOA charges us $300 per day. This bill will be passed on to you. The condo receives monthly pest control, generally this occurs on the first Monday of each month. Spray is non-toxic after it has dried. You will receive prior notification of this service This service is mandatory & not optional. No glass containers allowed in pool area. Please observe quiet hours after 9:00 PM. No US Mail or postal service available. US Postal mail delivery service is prohibited. Mail box is inaccessible. No electric vehicle (EV) charging available. No crypto mining allowed on premises. Prior to departure, please empty trash in outside bins & make sure sliding glass doors are securely locked.
