Private Bedroom in Nolita/Soho

Quiet, private bedroom that sleeps up to 2 ppl in the Nolita area. Located just east of Soho and north of Chinatown. Very hip neighborhood filled with trendy restaurants -- great for people watching and shopping! Close walk to major train stations. The space A large spacious bedroom with a queen sized bed. Bedroom window houses many small plants, and looks out to back courtyard. :) The bedroom holds a writing desk and hanger space on the back of the door. There is a small shared kitchen area. We do not have a ton of storage space in the kitchen, so please don't a bit of clutter in the shared area! My room-mate cooks fairly frequently, so kindly note that from time to time, she may leave items out in the shared area. She is very lovely, so feel free to be communicative of what you need, or if you would like the shared area to be tidied up at any time. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a pre-war walk-up building meaning it is quite an old building! If you need help carrying your bags upstairs, it would be my pleasure - just let me know :) Guest access Requesting a female guest to share the apartment with my female room-mate, Jenny. You are welcome to make yourself at home, and kindly just request you refrain from entering my Jenny's bedroom. :) Other things to note Kindly note that this apartment is a historic Pre-war, Tenement Apartment Building which previously had dormitory style suites with shared bathrooms and showers. The apartments in the building have since been renovated to have showers and toilets, though due to space limitation, they have been separated into a free-standing shower stall in kitchen area. The toilet is located separately in a enclosed, small room. We have made allowances on significantly lowering the price of this listing due to this inconvenience in the accommodations, which are otherwise very comfortable! Due to the open shower area, my room-mate Jenny has requested for female guests only to support discretion and privacy in our home and to offer more comfort for everyone involved. Thank you for understanding! Please note, as this is quite an old building, the trash disposal is located on the main floor. There may be some clutter on the 1st floor of the building from time to time, but it is otherwise a very clean, and super safe building.
