The condo has 9-ft ceiling height with floor-to-ceiling wrap-around glass windows, and sun exposure throughout most of the day. All windows have roll-down BLACKOUT shades. The 2 bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the unit with the living room in the middle, giving you additional privacy (Please note: the bedroom doors are sliding pocket-style doors without locks). The master bedroom has its own private ensuite full bathroom (shower). There's also a balcony that gives you a stunning, soaring and unobstructed view of the CN Tower, harborfront and surrounding cityscape. In addition, for extra guests, we provide either a TWIN size or a QUEEN SIZE (80" X 60" X 22") premium air mattress (18" height) with built-in electric pump that can be placed in the living room for additional guests. This air mattress only takes 4.5 minutes to inflate & deflate, and is highly rated for comfort and durability. You can preview the floor plan and furniture layout in one of the pictures provided in the listing. Guest access As our guest, you have exclusive access to the entire condo and all appliances. Please feel free to utilize everything you need to make your stay an enjoyable one! Other things to note 1) There is 24/7 onsite security, and the premises and facilities are monitored & secured through closed-circuit security cameras (i.e. at all entrances, lobby, underground garage, lounge, inside the elevators, and the elevator lobby on each floor). NOTE: we DO NOT have any security camera inside our condo unit. 2) Max Height of the parking garage entrance: 2.03 meters (6 ft. 8 inches). 3) Width of the parking space is designed for vehicles up to midsize SUVs (see pic in listing). 4) The condo/apartment unit door is equipped with an August Smart Lock, which allows us to remotely lock/unlock the door. Guests will also be provided with a link to install the smart lock app on your iOS or Android mobile devices. This allows the guests to use Bluetooth to unlock/lock the unit door (Note: you must be standing within 10-ft proximity of the unit door to use this function). 5) As this is a condominium, concierge and/or maintenance personnel may require access inside the unit from time to time without prior notice, for security, inspection or maintenance purposes. If entry is made while the guest(s) is not present, a Notice of Entry (with date & time) will be left inside the unit as a confirmation of entry. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause to our guest(s). 6) Please Note: the drinking glasses & mugs are stored inside the drawers to the LEFT of the microwave & convection oven.
