I live with 5 friends, we're all 20-30. The house you'll be staying in has 3 roommates and you'd share a bathroom with 1. We're all into the arts in some form and genuinely kind people. Smoking is chill outside. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown, Little Tokyo, Arts District. $5.60 lyft (minimum), if it's not surging. Queen size bed, firm. Close to Staples Center, and the 10 and 5 freeways. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen, washer & dryer, bathroom, patio, and of course, my room.
