The space Welcome to this historic gem nestled in the urban charming area of Overbrook! Built in 1926, this home boasts a touch of history with modern comforts. With 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and 3 snug bedrooms – featuring two comfortable queen-sized bed and one full-size bed– alongside a cozy living room and dining area, you'll find the perfect blend of comfort and character here. Enjoy the tranquility of the secluded private backyard, with an added bonus of deck access from one of the bedrooms. While the space comfortably sleeps 4 , we allow a maximum of 5 guests. Please note, the house features unique spiral steps leading to the second-floor bedrooms, which makes it charming but not suitable for individuals requiring handicap accessibility. For your convenience, a twin air mattress is available in the closet. Please be aware that there isn't a dishwasher, so we kindly ask you to wash used dishes and store them in the provided rack. Maintaining a clean environment is important to us, so we encourage guests, if possible, to remove their shoes while indoors. While the house accommodates up to 5 guests, an additional fee applies after the 6th guest. We value a peaceful atmosphere and kindly request strictly no parties.
