Spacious room in a 3 bedroom apartment in the East Village – the best neighborhood for bars and restaurants! Elevator, dishwasher, laundry in the building! The space The apartment is on the second floor but the adjacent street is very quiet. There is an elevator. You will probably have to share the bathroom and living-room/kitchen with my two roommates, who are both very clean and considerate.
