The space Casa del Mar's one-bedroom units are able to accommodate a maximum of 4 guests; equipped with full kitchen and full bathroom (some will have 3/4 bath). The villas are as sunny as a Florida day. The majority of the rooms are oceanfront with pleasant yellow walls, plantation shutter and tropical, colorful decor. The rooms are spacious which is unusual because many Florida resorts that have oceanfront units offer their guests smaller rooms. Here, you will be pleasantly surprised. The units are stocked with all the conveniences and amenities you'll need which is what you want expect from a resort that offers hospitality and a warm welcome to all their guests. Guest access Guests have access to all of the amenities including usage of the Jacuzzi/hot tub, swimming pool, arcade/game room, laundry facilities, and the beach. Other things to note This is for a short term stays only. This is NOT a tenancy. Everyone who rents our home agrees to return possession at the end of their stay. We are able to extend your stay if it is available, it is agreed that possession will be returned within 24 hours of request. If you cancel a reservation 16 days or more in advance of the check-in date, your points will be returned as Cancelled Reservation Points. For reservations cancelled less than 16 days prior to the check-in date, the points will not be returned immediately and other fees may apply. *WR means weekly rentals; can be booked in increments of 7 days. There is $1000 deposit that will be collected at the property by the authorities.
