Guest access Our guests will be able to use all common areas (fitness center, swimming pool, etc.) of the building. Access to the condominium is done with the identification of all occupants at the entrance for clearance. Therefore, we request the photos of the documents of everyone who will use the property. Parking is free, but some information must be sent for access to the garage. Other things to note - We provide a complete set of bed and bath linens for stays according to the number of guests on the reservation, but we do not replace amenities or toilet paper, nor do we change the linens. We charge a separate fee for the change (R$ 40 for bath linen or bed linen and R$ 60 for bath and bed linen). - Our linen must be handled with care so that it is not stained or damaged during the stay.
