Private upstairs room in Quaint farmhouse on 2 ac

This comfortable room is a converted attic upstairs in a lovely farmhouse nestled among trees and only 2 miles from downtown Travelers Rest. The Swamp Rabbit trail is a short walk across Geer Hwy. A great area, comfortable space, nice yard, of course the Tiki Hut are ready to accept guests! The space This upstairs "play room" was originally used as a entertainment area. It is in a converted attic space, so it is not for basketball players, but is comfortable for anyone under 6 ft tall (duck!). It includes a queen size inflatable bed with a memory foam topper. A futon sofa which coverts to a bed is available for sit or sleep. The space includes mood lighting and a TV with Amazon Fire TV. A full size bath with shower is right outside the room, as well as a sitting area with a rocking chair. Guest access Guests will have private use of the upstairs sitting area, bathroom, and sleeping area. There is an office upstairs that is currently not being used regularly. Guests are welcome to use the shared areas of downstairs kitchen, bathroom, and living area. During your stay I enjoy meeting my guests and I am usually available should there be any questions. Other things to note The house is pet friendly. I have one dog, two cats, and a roaming outdoor chicken.
