Large private suite w/private bath a few steps to the seasonal heated pool, BBQ, & patio area. Separate outside entrance . Forest and pool views; quiet and tranquil. Just off Hwy 54(3/4 mi), 8 minutes to The Lake of the Ozarks and 30 min to Jefferson City. Streaming TV + high speed Internet, Central Heat & A/C. Free use of laundry room. NO smoking children or pets. The space Charm is the word of the day for this large suite. Privacy, peace and quiet are the next three words; better than most 3-5 star hotels we have stayed in. Good quality queen size sleigh bed, squeaky clean facility. Small Wet-bar style refrigerator , lots of free bottled water, microwave oven w/popcorn, coffee bar. Very large comfortable bathroom and great shower with unlimited filtered & softened hot water on our "tank-less" system. Well lit at night, private entrance. Summertime a pool and hot tub to die for...totally private and secluded. We do have to 'winterize' our pool and spa equipment so check to see if the pool and/or hot tub are open. Guest access You will have access to the laundry room, backyard, BBQ, and (seasonal) pool & hot tub Note: We are off the pavement approximately 3/4 of a mile down a flat gravel road. FOR YOUR "FYI".......We do not charge extra service or cleaning fees! Room tax charged by AirBnB and paid to Miller County are much less than City taxes in the various communities around the lake area. During your stay If you need something, just ask. Other things to note We can provide you with internet information about the Lake of the Ozarks activities and will provide you with local, up-to-date publications about lake activities, restaurants, etc. Our home has an underground storm shelter as well as a whole house back up generator in the event of a power outage.
