The apartment is on the ground floor with a direct entrance to Corso Diaz . The kitchen is equipped with oven , microwave ,fridge with freezer ,dishwasher, washer-dryer , coffee maker ,dishes and kitchen linens. The living room has a small fireplace that cannot be turned on but thanks to the special lights it creates a beautiful atmosphere. The room has a double bed. 3 fans are available for the summer. The house in a historic building from the 1200s is elegantly renovated and offers spaces designed to make every guest feel immediately at ease. It consists of: • Cozy living room, adjacent to the dining area with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. There are 2 column fans for the summer season. • A very characteristic double bedroom with its exposed stone walls equipped with large ceiling fans for the summer season. • Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook. A washer-dryer is available for your clothes. • Modern bathroom with spacious shower. • Fast Wi-Fi and smoke/CO detectors for safety and comfort Located directly on Corso Diaz, the Casina allows you to experience Massa Marittima on foot: • Restaurants, bars, bakery, newsstand and grocery store very close to the house • Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi a few minutes away The location is perfect for those who want to discover the village without sacrificing comfort. 👥 Good for ✓ couples ✓ single travelers ✓ small groups (up to 3 guests) The third bed is on the living room sofa. Please note that the bathroom is located in the bedroom. Other things to note The tourist tax is 0.75 euros per person per day and is due for a maximum of 7 days , including children aged 14 and over . The application period is from April 1 to October 31. If due, it will be paid in cash at the time of check-in. At check-in, each guest's documents (identity card or passport ) will be presented It is not possible to allow unregistered guests to enter the apartment upon arrival.
