A nest with attention to detail, ideal for those looking for a comfortable, quiet stay immersed in the authentic atmosphere of one of the most fascinating medieval villages in the Maremma. The house in a historic building from the 1200s is elegantly renovated and offers spaces designed to make every guest feel immediately at ease. Located on the ground floor, with a separate entrance, it is a cozy and distinctive space, enhanced by beautiful stone walls and a charming brick arch that adds warmth and character to the rooms. It consists of: • Cozy living room, adjacent to the dining area, with a very comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV. "For maximum comfort during the warmer months, the living room is equipped with a modern ceiling fan that is quiet and very effective. In the living room, you will find a delightful decorative fireplace that, although not usable, creates a warm and evocative atmosphere thanks to special lighting, perfect for making your evenings unique. • A very characteristic double bedroom with its exposed stone walls equipped with large ceiling fans for the summer season. • Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, and everything you need to cook. A washer-dryer is available for your clothes. • Modern bathroom with spacious shower. • Fast Wi-Fi and smoke/CO detectors for safety and comfort Located directly on Corso Diaz, the Casina allows you to experience Massa Marittima on foot: • Restaurants, bars, a bakery, a newsstand, a butcher shop, and grocery stores are very close to the house. • Duomo and Piazza Garibaldi just a few minutes away In addition, in the summer, Corso Italia comes alive with events and parties. La Casina del Corso is perfect for those who want to explore the village without sacrificing comfort. If you are traveling with your bicycles, you can bring them to the apartment. We will be happy to have you as our guests! • Parking with parking discs during the day in front of the house and free parking at night; free parking during the day in Piazza Socci (10 meters away), reserved for residents at night; free parking day and night about 70 meters away. 👥 Good for ✓ couples ✓ single travelers ✓ Small groups (up to 4 guests) The third and fourth beds are on the sofa bed in the living room (see photos) Please note that the only bathroom is in the bedroom. The apartment has features that make it unsuitable for children under 12 years of age; for this reason, we have chosen to accommodate older guests. To ensure a consistently well-kept environment with high cleaning standards for all guests, we cannot accommodate pets. There is no air conditioning, but there are 2 large and efficient ceiling fans. Other things to note The tourist tax is €1.25 per person per day and is due for a maximum of 7 days , including children aged 14 and over . The application period is from April 1 to October 31. If due, it will be paid in cash (in euros) at the time of check-in. At check-in, each guest's documents (identity card or passport ) will be presented Hosting visitors or allowing people who are not registered as guests on the booking to enter the apartment, even temporarily, is not allowed. The apartment has features that make it unsuitable for children under 12; for this reason, we have chosen to welcome guests over the age of 12. To ensure all guests have a well-kept environment with high cleaning standards, we cannot host pets.
