Laundry machines are located in the basement and are shared among all residents. The basement is not finished. Great place to stay in Downtown Oak Park. Pet Rules: This complex has pets in it, they could be barking when you are opening the door, we allow dogs in our complex so this is expected. Pet rules: *Dogs: only 2 pet max, MUST BE under 50lbs *NO cats allowed (owner is allergic) *Pets Not allowed on furniture or beds ($250.00 fine)* *Must be potty trained *When left alone must be crated *Must pick up waste in the yard immediately *Must be on a leash in hallways and outside *Can not give baths in our shower. Security: Cameras on the outside of the apartment at the front, back, and balcony doors for both our protection. ID Required: Government ID is required and we will ask for that after the booking. We can not see IDs in your profiles so you will be uploading to airbnb chat to stay safe. Guest access The entire apartment is yours to enjoy! Please make yourself comfortable in our home. The only thing you do NOT have access to is the cleaners closet in back bedroom and a small cabinet in kitchen. These are both for our cleaners when they come in and your code will not work. Other things to note If it's too hot please feel free to put the AC units on or open the windows slightly. If it's too cold please feel free to use our heaters provided in the unit.
