This lovely home is located on Alpine Park just a short walk to downtown and Riverside Park. This 1910 Victorian era house is close to skiing and snowboarding at Monarch resort during the winter. Warm weather activities include hiking, fishing, mountain biking, river rafting and kayaking, just to mention a few. Or take a day trip over Independence pass to Aspen. Or just relax in the cozy backyard. The space This cozy cottage is right downtown within walking distance to shopping and dining. There is a park across the street with a play ground. It's just a short walk down to Riverside Park and river access for kayaking, rafting, fishing or just relaxing. Guest access Guests are welcome to full use of the house and both front and back yards. There is gas grill and out door dining furniture in the back yard. The second bathroom features a washer and dryer.
