Accessible through a private entrance, this cute mini-studio is the perfect place to relax in the heart of wine country. 3 blocks walking distance to historic downtown 3rd st and it’s many tasting rooms, brew pubs, antique shops. Queen sized bed, sectional sofa, TV with access to HBO, Netflix, Amazon. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker comprise the "kitchen." Glassware & biodegradable plates and cutlery are also provided. No oven/stove. There is a tenant and 2 small dogs that live in the attached main house and we ask that you are respectful of them with regards to noise levels; as such, this studio is not intended to be used as a place for parties.
