Cozy and Private Lake Zurich Home w/ King Bed

Welcome to our Lake Zurich home! Goran and I travel extensively, and have been using Airbnb during our travels for years. We decided to take the plunge and begin hosting in November 2018 and would love to have you use our space while we are away. Enjoy our well loved home while you are on vacation, here on business, or just need some time away. We look forward to hosting you! The space This home is centrally located and close to tons of stores and restaurants. We are 20 minutes from Woodfield Mall, 30 minutes from downtown Chicago, and 10 minutes from downtown Barrington. Perfect home for a business traveler. Upon confirmation of booking, we will send you a code for the front door, no keys required. Feel free to adjust the heat/air to your liking. We have very fast WiFi and two smart TVs that you can use to log into your Netflix, HBO Go, Amazon Prime, etc. We have a PS4 that you are free to use as well. The king sized bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Enjoy using Amazon Alexa in the living room and the bedroom. The leather couches in the living room are brand new and motorized, also very comfortable. The gas fireplace is easy to use and we fill the log holder for you before you arrive. The second bedroom is home to a comfortable queen sized futon as well as workout equipment: a water rower and a weight bench with free weights. Feel free to workout at your leisure. We have a four person hot tub in our backyard patio area that you are free to use at your discretion. Enjoy our large patio with outdoor table seating for 6 and fire pit seating for 6. Two fire columns will light up the night as you relax after a long day. During the winter, we have a crew that carves a path from the back door to the hot tub if it snows more than an inch. This crew also plows the driveway and shovels the sidewalks. Weekly chemical maintenance for the hot tub is scheduled as well. If you love to cook, you will love our kitchen. Feel free to use our cookware and spices as well as our professional gas stove and oven. The dishwasher is fast and efficient and you wont ever pine away for a spatula or a dish; we live in this house when we are in the country and it is well stocked. The fridge will have bottled water and condiments for your use as well. The Samsung washer and dryer are new and detergent and fabric softener are provided. Gas grill and fire pit can be used in the back yard. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, minus one room that is locked, the master closet, and the garage. Other things to note You can park in the driveway in front of the house. If you are parking on the street overnight, you have to register your license plate numbers on the City of Lake Zurich website.
