Welcome to our family-friendly two-story condo, nestled beside a gentle stream and surrounded by the tranquility of the woods. Our low elevation 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home is ideally situated close to Tahoe’s pristine beaches, premier ski resorts, and convenient shopping centers. We'd love to share the experience of the warmth and comfort of our Tahoe home with you. Our home also features convenient keyless entry and a cozy office space for those mixing business with pleasure. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary needs, complete with a coffee machine. For our guests with kids, we provide a complimentary Mockingbird Stroller, toddler potty attachment, baby gates on top and bottom of staircase, booster seat, stool for handwashing, and kid friendly games and books so you can pack a little lighter for your trip! Guest access Your hosts, Brian and Christina, are always just a call, text, or email away to ensure your stay is seamless. Other things to note There are 6 stairs leading to the front door and inside the condo there 13 stairs to get to the upstairs bedrooms and both full bathrooms. Parking is available directly in front of the condo. For beach outings, explore the stunning Sand Harbor (parking reservation required or shuttle can be taken from Incline daily) or the complimentary Kings Beach Recreational Area. While we don’t offer extra passes for Incline’s private beaches, we’re happy to recommend other hidden gems and hiking spots in the region. We cannot provide full refunds for circumstances beyond our control including wildfires, air quality and winter storms
