Family home near Berkeley, San Francisco

We’re offering our family home for select dates. It would be right for a family/group with kids/pets. 15-min walk/4-min drive to BART (subway), which goes to San Francisco, Berkeley, airports etc. Walkable to parks; close to huge hiking areas, short drive from: Berkeley, Bay beaches, groceries, varied dining. Open floor plan, lots of light & some Bay views. Large front yard has patio with patio swing. Large, laid-back backyard has BBQ and swing set. The space The house is 1,350 square feet. In the front of the house are the dining room, living room and newly remodeled kitchen in an open floor plan, with lots of afternoon light and views of Mt. Tam and the north San Francisco Bay. In the back of the house are three bedrooms and the bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and a desk that gets morning light. A middle bedroom is the smallest and has a loft bed and sliding doors that open to the backyard. The third bedroom has a full-size (double) bunk bed (i.e., each bunk sleeps two adults). The kitchen is fully equipped and newly remodeled, with all major appliances and including microwave, toaster, blender, and Instant Pot, etc., plus granite countertops. There are a washer and dryer, and a chest freezer, in the garage. There's no parking in the garage, which is where we will store our personal belongings, but you may park in our slanted driveway (where we park) or on the street in front of the house. There's a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and we have wood that guests can use (subject to local air quality restrictions). There's also a piano and a TV, which includes streaming services for movies and shows (Netflix) and cable channels (through Sling TV). Guest access The backyard is especially useful for guests with kids. It's large enough to run around, play ball, and hang out on the patio for a meal. It's casual enough that your kids can pull plants or dig holes and we won't mind.
