House with great view to the bay in Paraty

The House is in Praia Grande, a fishing village 12km from Paraty Historic Center. With easy access (public transportation and taxi) provides an experience of contact with nature and incredible view from every corner of the house. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the city - recently recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site - and also enjoy contact with nature. The space The upper level is where the bedrooms are. We have 3 rooms that fit up to 10 travellers . All rooms have it's own bathroom and a selling fan to fresh it up on warm days. The upstairs terrace is perfect for relaxing. Comfortable couches and a hammock are great to read a book or take a nap. Downstairs is the gathering area. A spacious living room connected to the kitchen and dinning table. A nice terrace to barbecue or enjoy a meal outside. We do have a garage that fits one car and can accomodate and extra car nearby Guest access The whole house will be exclusive for the guests.
