This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. It takes only 20 minutes by tube to reach Duomo, the metro station Ca'Granda is right in front. The apartment is very spacious and bright, with stylish furniture to make you feel comfortable during your stay. All comforts are provided, such as kitchen, TV (with Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime), Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, fridge. The space The apartment is composed by a wide corridor at the entrance that connects all spaces of the apartment. A spacious living room, modernly furnished with table and sofa-bed, TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +, is completed by a fully equipped kitchen, with induction cooker, oven, microwave, kettle provided, coffee machine, fridge and refrigerator. There is also a balcony in the living-room towards the main street, with a panoramic view of the neighborhood. The apartment also has a wide bathroom with washing-machine, and shower. The bedroom is quiet, with a wide window facing the garden of the building and features a large Double Bed, warm Design lights and large wardrobe. All the linen and blankets are provided for a comfortable stay. Two single beds are added for group stays, upon request. It is the perfect place to enjoy a stylish stay in Milan. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy their stay in full privacy. The whole apartment is available to you. Other things to note The apartment is on the 4th floor, with elevator for your comfort. You won't have to climb stairs. Please keep in mind that the elevator entrance is tight, although a luggage can easily pass through without issues. Please notice that check-in is done autonomously. If you have any urgencies or problems during check-in, we are able to assist you remotely by calling our service phone (available in the reservation details). Please notice that due to local laws, you will be required to complete a check-in procedure through an online form powered by Vikey software. During this procedure, you will need to provide a valid identification (passport or European Identity card) and also pictures of each guests, regardless of the age. This procedure is mandatory (no exceptions are made under any circumstances) and must be completed at least 2 hours before arrival. It is also possible to complete it at arrival (for last minute bookings), but we cannot guarantee immediate verification. The provided data is used solely for compliment of local regulations and provided photos are deleted after 24 hours. You will be also required to sign the rental agreement in the last part of this procedure. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to availability and can be subject to additional costs (provided under request). Please notice that check-in after midnight is possible at an additional fee of 40 EUR that must be paid before entering to the property. This should be requested before 10:00 pm on the day of check-in. The lost of keys will require the change of the whole lock.
