Only a 2-minute light rail ride or 15-minute walk to downtown Seattle. There is also free on-site, off-street parking available in front of the house. The space We have free parking, a washer/dryer, air conditioner, TV streaming & access to 4 bus lines and light rail, being 1 block off Broadway E. & 1 block off E. Olive Way/E. John Street Guest access Washer/dryer, air conditioner in living room, kitchen, endless neighborhood attractions, free parking on premises, clean, inexpensive! Other things to note During the busier season, I may stop by to do the laundry and clean up your room & common spaces, but these visits will be arranged and will not impact your stay.
