Condominium 4 minutes walk to the beach

Just a 4-minute walk from the beach: House in a Gated Community (24-hour concierge) with several swimming pools for adults and children, dry and wet saunas, tennis and multi-sport courts, grass soccer field, playground, toy library, game room, pond with fish and lots of greenery. Bedroom on the ground floor of the house (ideal for the elderly). One of the swimming pools and sauna is 20 steps from the house. Oh, and the Wi-Fi is 600 mbps!!! **A "late checkout" can be made more flexible on the day, if possible** The space On the ground floor, in the intimate part of the house, we have a suite with two single beds. Plus a social bathroom with shower and another bedroom, with a double bed. In addition, we have a full American kitchen with an oven and stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, blender and toaster. A service area with a washing machine and a laundry sink. Dining room with table for 6 people. A living room, a backyard with barbecue, a round table with 6 chairs, plus a refrigerator and sink. On the mezzanine, we have a TV room with a futon, an anteroom and another suite with a double bed. All rooms have air-conditioning. Guest access Our guests have access to all the condominium's facilities (swimming pools, saunas, playrooms and lounges). In addition, we have 4 parking spaces, 2 demarcated and 2 free on the sides of the main street. Other things to note Unfortunately, we do not provide bed and bath linens, so our guests have to bring them, but they can use the washing machine to wash their clothes.
