The space • HOME LAYOUT • Bi-Level Apartment (Duplex) Second Floor: Living Area, Kitchen, Laundry Area, Desk Area, and Half Bathroom Third Floor: 3 Bedrooms and Full Bathroom • BEDROOM • The apartment has 3 bedrooms and an air mattress (Upon Request). Bedroom 1 - Queen sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests) Bedroom 2 - Queen sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests) Bedroom 3 - Queen sized Bed (Sleeps 2 guests) • BATHROOM • The apartment includes both a full bathroom and a half bathroom, stocked with bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer. • SHEETS/TOWELS • The home is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival every stay with clean linens and towels. We will prepare based on the number of guests listed. Additionally, our island counter provides extra seating, creating a versatile space suitable for dining or working. • LIVING AREA • You'll find a cozy sofa, accent chair, coffee table, creating a comfortable and stylish space. With a Smart TV for entertainment and a separate workspace, you have the perfect setup for relaxation and productivity. Just a friendly reminder, the fireplace is only for aesthetic purposes and MUST NOT BE USED. • LOCATION • This centrally located home that puts you in close proximity to restaurants, shops, and popular attractions. And guess what? What's more, just a block away, you'll discover a train station that can transport you straight to Manhattan! • PARKING • There is street parking in front of the apartment. Monday through Saturday it’s allowed from 10am-4pm and then from 7pm-7am, but Sunday is all day. You will also find normal parking hours around the area, just please be mindful of the signs due to street cleaning and meters. Understand NYC and street parking is always tough to find, but you will eventually find a spot as you keep looking. The nearest parking garage is located 5 blocks away from our location. • SECURITY & SAFETY FEATURES • Our property is equipped with an external security camera and floodlight to ensure guest safety. Rest assured no cameras or recording devices are present inside the apartment. Additionally, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are provided for your safety. • OTHER AMENITIES • The apartment comes with free high-speed wifi, smart TV with streaming apps, and complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and snacks. • FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • 1. Can I check-in early? • We'll have to confirm the night before your check-in date, pending the cleaning schedule and the status of the house. It is best to schedule for 4PM check-in in case we're unable to. Of course, we'll do our best to make it happen, though! 2. Do you have a luggage storage? • Yes! We can accommodate a place to store luggage, but it would have to be dropped off after 12pm or picked up before 3pm. 3. Do you offer daily clean? • We don't offer daily housekeeping however, if you need it, we can certainly make arrangements at an additional cost.
