Top-unit California condo for the Rose Bowl stay

3rd floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo unit with a balcony. about 1000 sq. ft. in total. Ideal for 5 guests in total (2 per bedroom and one living room couch). All furniture are recent and from ikea. Ideal over New Year's for visitors in Pasadena for Rose Bowl parade and the game - walking distance to parade and easy 2 mile drive to Rose Bowl. The space Unit is mostly smart controlled with apps and Alexa. Smart functions will be turned off if guests are not comfortable. Owner is a scientist/Professor working for a top tech university. Guests of all backgrounds welcome. Unit is only available on certain holidays and at times when the owner is away. Elevator access to 3rd floor from underground parking or first floor street entrances. Both rooms will have queen size beds. Clothes and other material belonging to owner will be locked in a closet. Guests are free to make use of any food in the fridge and pantry, and any wine and other unopened bottles in the pantry. Includes two underground parking spots. Guest access Pretty much everything that is not locked in a closet.
