The two bedrooms have queen and full beds, and the living area has a futon. This is a perfect spot for a family or two couples. The space Parking on the property is shared by the year around residents in the other 4 apartments. One parking space is reserved for the Airbnb guests. There is municipal parking 500 yards away for additional vehicles. Guest access The quiet Plaice Cove Beach is directly across the street 50 paces away. Other things to note This is a 1914 beach house with three recently renovated cottages behind. Four of the five apartments are year around. This is the one seasonal rental. It is a quiet community, not the place for nighttime parties.
