Welcome to our fully renovated 25 m2 studio. It will meet the expectations of travelers as a couple or family/friends looking for comfort and proximity to the capital and surroundings. A short walk from the RER E, you can reach Paris Saint-Lazare in 15 minutes or Disneyland in 50 minutes. As a bonus, our accommodation is a 25-minute drive from CDG airport, and we offer the possibility of being picked up at the airport as an extra and upon request from the host. The space The accommodation has been completely refurbished and includes: - A living room with a sofa bed offering 2 seats (140 x 190), a double bed (140 x 190), a baby cot as well as an open storage cabinet for your clothes and accessories. - A fully equipped kitchen with a small laundry area including a washing machine. - A beautiful Italian bathroom with storage. Guest access Guests will access the accommodation through our main courtyard guarded by a secure gate. The accommodation is then located on the 1st floor of our secondary pavilion accessible by an external staircase at the rear of the pavilion. Other things to note We would like to inform you that our accommodation is located close to a railway line. It is important to note that the passage of freight trains can cause noise, especially during the night. Please note that for long stays (more than 15 days) mandatory cleaning is provided once a week. Sheets will be changed every 15 days. This service is included in the booking price.
