Swimming pool in front of the dam, pizza oven, fire pit, playground for children, hammock area, spacious living room, kiosk with barbecue and kitchen. Pool heating: ABNT (NBR 10339) establishes guidelines, with ranges such as 27-29°C for recreation and 25-28°C for competition. Guest access Private property, totally exclusive to guests. Access to the reservoir by crossing the road. Some areas of the property may be under construction. We have a dog called Fedô, very quiet and friendly. We accept other animals as long as they are also sociable and do not dirty or damage floor, furniture, sofas fabric and mattresses. Any damage caused by guests' pets will be charged separately. We do not supply firewood, toilet paper, blankets, pillows or bed/table/bath linen. We do not rent outside of Airbnb.
