Lovely Bay Area Family Home!

Our home is a great escape for a family traveling to the Bay Area. The home is bright & sunny and has a backyard with a deck, swings and a sandbox. About 15 minutes walk to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station, 10 minutes car or BART into Berkeley, 30 minutes by car or BART into San Francisco, & about 45 minutes north to Sonoma or Napa. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly and provides easy access to both public transportation and the freeway as well as nearby parks and playgrounds. The space The house is 1600 square feet, 3+ bedrooms and 1 bathroom single family home. In addition, you have access to the front yard and backyard which offers a deck, lounge chairs and a barbecue. The backyard also has swings for young children and a sandbox. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a comfortable mattress and plenty of closet and drawer space. One kid's bedroom has a bunk bed and the other bedroom has a twin size bed. You will have access to children's books, musical instruments and board games. There is another fourth sunroom that has a futon that folds into a bed and plenty of sunshine with windows throughout. (If needed, it could also be used as a fourth bedroom). The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub. You will also have access to our laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is a comfortable living room with bay view windows and tall ceilings and a dining room that seats up to 8 comfortably. The kitchen (which includes a dishwasher) has a breakfast dining area that opens onto the back deck --- lovely for an open dining area with lots of sunlight. We are mainly looking to host families of four to five. If you are traveling with four kids, we may approve of hosting six guests.' Other things to note: PARKING/Transportation: There is enough space for one (big) car in our driveway, as well as plenty of parking opportunities in front of the house. The driveway is shared with our neighbor. No requirement to move the car during street cleaning days.
