Lots of sleeping space - king bed, queen murphy bed, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It's a dream New Yorker's place: super-central and rare. It's 900 sq ft +600 sq ft private terrace! The *best* location in Manhattan, in my opinion. Very central, very convenient to subway. On 8th avenue in the 50's. The space Lots of sleeping space - I say 1.5 br because in addition to the king size bed in the bedroom, in the office area part of the huge living room is a queen murphy bed! And a sleeper sofa. I have lived in this space, so it's very functional; blackout curtains in bedroom, super-fast wifi, printer, light, TV with great speakers (Sonos), kitchen, and more. 4 ways to sleep: King bed in bedroom, Queen Murphy bed and Sleeper sofa in the living room, and queen air mattress. Furnished well with a TV, ottoman, etc. Building also has a gym. Also has grills on a shared terrace (no grill on the the private terrace). I intentionally chose this floor, which is a lower floor, bc it's the only floor with terraces, and because it's 1 floor up from the gym and building exit. It's on the same floor as the laundry room and other shared spaces in the building like the outdoor grills. Super well-located to the subway (0 minutes walk to ACE; 1 minute walk to 1/3/9, 3 minute walk to N/R, etc). Large outdoor terrace offers a one of a kind experience for all. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything the city offers. Suitable for solo traveler, couple, 2 friends, who want an upscale, extremely unique NYC experience. I am a NON SMOKER and ask guests are not smokers. 3 guest maximum -- if you want others, please write me. Only guests on reservation are welcome. This property is suited for mature, mellow, individuals who keep to themselves. Not suitable for partiers, late nighters. Packages CANNOT be sent, however there is a UPS a few blocks away, several Amazon lockers, and post offices near by. Area: Hudson River, Central Park, Lincoln Center, 1-2-3 trains, safe, quiet, eco-friendly. Steps to museums, shopping, Lincoln Center, quiet street, and public transit. Great shows, restaurants and access to the best of the Big Apple are at your fingertips. Very easy to get to from all airports. Apartment includes internet and wonderful, central air conditioning and heating. Because I am just moving in, so there are some things that aren't yet "perfect". (some suitcases and boxes tucked away neatly).
