Welcome to your cozy sanctuary! Perfectly located for your Fort Liberty & Fayetteville adventures. Enjoy a tranquil, safe neighborhood, just 3 minutes from Yadkin Gate. Walmart (Skibo Rd) is 7-8 mins, and historic downtown Fayetteville is 10-15 mins away. I-95 is a quick 20-minute drive. My goal is for you to have a truly relaxing stay. (A small note: no pets allowed due to owner allergies – thank you for understanding!) I can't wait to host you! The space THIS IS A PRIVATE BEDROOM. THE DOOR IS LABELED “AIRBNB 4” The bedroom is located up the stairs at the end of the hall next to the bathroom. Guests are allowed to use the Kitchen area We only allow for guests to eat in the kitchen. Although I highly suggest checking out local restaurants in Fayetteville if your coming to visit temporarily… after all this is your getaway(: The guest airbnb profile will log you right in the wifi available. You’re allowed to use the washer and dryer in the garage. You’re welcome to enjoy the fenced backyard. You’re welcome to sit out in the front porch. Both Porch and backyard in which you are allowed to eat and drink. There’s a half bathroom right in front of the stairs that lead to the second floor, you’re welcome to use it anytime. The upstairs full bathroom is also available to use anytime. Any visitors must be first approved by Host’s consent. Please reach out to Host. No Pets Allowed Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property as I am allergic to them. Thank you for your understanding Guest access During your stay, you'll have full access to make yourself at home! Feel free to use the well-equipped kitchen to whip up your favorite meals, unwind on the peaceful porch, or enjoy the fresh air in the backyard. For your convenience, the garage is available for laundry needs. You'll find a handy half bathroom downstairs (just across from the stairs) and a spacious full bathroom upstairs at the end of the hall. For a bit of fun, there's even a basketball hoop outside! And, of course, you'll have your very own private bedroom to retreat to. During your stay While I may not always be on the property during your stay, please know that I'm always just a message away! Your comfort and enjoyment are my top priorities, so if you have any questions, need a recommendation, or encounter any concerns at all, don't hesitate to reach out. Other things to note Any storage space for personal belongings or dry goods can be provided to the guest upon request. Also please know check-out is at 11am. If you wish to extend please notify the host as soon as possible. If not able to check out by 11am, 50$ per hour fee will be charged until check out is complete. Please know this done to ensure the next guest that booked will be able to check in on time and not have to rebook else where.
