It’s quiet and has some of the best sunsets you will find on the East coast. Sleeps 4. One queen size bed and a queen size pullout couch in the living room. Sliding door leads out to the deck with 3 stairs down to the beach. Fort Pond Bay is the perfect spot for paddle boarding or kayaking. You can walk the beach to Duryea’s (lobster restaurant). Additional amenities: outdoor community pool, tennis courts, basketball court, laundry room, Wi-Fi, numbered parking spot and community grills on the beach. No large groups. No pets.
