Guest access Other than the locked “owner’s closet” that just has boring stuff in it anyway, nothing is off limits so make yourself at home. Feel free to use the 2-car garage, bikes, and backyard. Other things to note Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space, the surroundings, and the neighbors with respect. For us and our neighbors, the most important thing is to be seen but not heard, especially after dark. What that means is we adhere strictly to the quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Noise and talking from the rear patio four seasons room with the door open carries very well, so if you are enjoying this space at any time, please keep your voices to a close, conversational volume. We have noise monitoring devices that will alert us if the noise is an issue. We also have neighbors who will alert us if noise becomes an issue. Other than the need for our guests to play and enjoy the outdoor space at a reasonable volume, our house rules are pretty standard. No pets, no smoking, don't burn the house down. That kind of thing. We DO NOT allow pets.
